Asia
Center Foundation(ACF) is a registered Christian, Non-Government
Organization (NGO) on Phuket Island, Thailand since November 2001.
ACF
employs local Thai staff and also makes use of the help of
local and international volunteers to engage and work with with
underprivileged, impoverished and children-at-risk in Phuket.
ACF is counselled by devoted
Board Members of Thai and
foreign nationals, under the guidance of ACF Board Chairman Mr
Eam Thavornvongwongse (THL). He is co-owner of the Kata
Group of Hotels in
Phuket and was the Board Chairman of the Phuket Chamber of Commerce for 4 consequtive years until recently. The
ACF director is Mrs Roelien
Muller (RSA).

Mr.
Eam Thavornvongwongse: Board Chairman
Mr.
Thavornvongwongse, local businessman and co-owner of the Kata Group
of Hotels in Phuket and Samui, has been the Board Chairman of the
Asia Center Foundation (ACF) since its inception in 2001. After being
elected Chairman of the Phuket Chamber of Commerce for 4 consecutive
years he has recently stepped down.
Mr.
Thavornvongwongse represents ACF at Government level. He has, and
still plays a significant role in ACF's work on Phuket.

Mrs.
Roelien Muller : Director
Having
found her way from South Africa in 2000 Mrs Muller has lived in The
Kingdom of Thailand ever since. Her role as Director commenced in
2002 and she has since been leading ACF in it's day to day activities
whilst also training, developing and mentoring the ACF team members.
She has a dedication to the development and advancement of the
disadvantaged children in Thailand born from her kindhearted and
caring persona, personal convictions and altruistic nature.
Her
endeavors with ACF also includes a focus on Ministry Partnership
Development with parties who show an interest in ACF and it's
projects, as well as identifying the needs of the community and initiating
and managing projects that address these needs.

Mr
Tim Byers
Mr
Byers has served as Chairman of the Kijkandee Foundation and was
Director of The Well Member Care Project in Chiang Mai, Thailand. He
has lived in Thailand for more than 20 years and has extensive
knowledge of Thai culture, customs and affairs. He's contribution to
the ACF board as counselor and adviser has proven to be invaluable.

Mr
Somchai Katnimit
Mr.
Somchai Katnimit is a local business owner and CEO of Grace Service
Partnership in Phuket. He's involvement with ACF is a response to his
desire to make a contribution to the community via the betterment and
development of children.

Ms
Pikul Thongthep
Currently
the Director of the Child Sponsorship Program, Project L.I.F.E.
Foundation via Youth with a Mission (YWAM), Bangkok, as well as
serving on the YWAM National Leadership of Thailand. She has managed
the Project L.I.F.E. Scholarship Program for the past decade and has
extensive experience in Scholarship Program and Financial Management.
She serves as an advisor not only for the ACF Scholarship program,
but also in general management matters.
